Tenants
The most challenging aspect of owning property is dealing with tenants, whether it’s a matter of finding the right tenants to occupy your property, or handling ongoing tenant relations. Our tenant services include advertising and showing the property, vetting potential tenants, rent collection and any legal issues that may crop up.

In addition, we conduct regular building inspections, to nip any potential repair issues in the bud, thereby saving you costs while making sure your property maintains its excellent reputation.

Site and environmental management
Particularly for commercial buildings, we handle all site-related requirements. This includes hiring on-site staff, such as cleaning, security and building managers. It also includes environmental management, which means everything from ensuring your building is compliant with emissions, water and sewage regulations to internal environment – lighting, air supply and heating.
